cases involving
individuals, families,
government entities and
businesses, large and
small. All are equal in
the eyes of the law.
I believe my education,
public service and 22
years of experience
representing individuals
and small businesses
demonstrate that I
understand the
challenges and that I am
able to meet those
challenges head on. My
years of community
service show my
commitment to all the
citizens of Wyandotte
County.
The
issues are varied and
complex; but always
important, sometimes
critical, to the
parties. Judges have a
sacred duty to each
party to be fair and
impartial. It is a duty
I take seriously. Judges
must rely on their
education, experience,
appreciation for human
nature and understanding
of the applicable law to
properly carry out those
duties.
